Science, Technology & Society Smithsonian Field Trip
Students attend a Saturday field trip to the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum which substitutes for one of the evening sessions. Possible activities include viewing IMAX films and a visiting the Hall of Minerals at the National Museum of Natural History. This field trip is a required part of the class.
Activities begin at 10:00AM and conclude at 3:30 PM. Students are encouraged to bring family members, significant others, and especially children along with them.
