The following exercises are used in class for practice and to demonstrate important MA Access Features:

COBOL Database Analysis Exercise - This exercise demonstrates the kinds of problems that existed before relational database became commonplace.

Address Book Exercise - The exercise begins the complex task of gathering requirements for the development of relational databases.  Although the task seems simple on the surface, it is by no means trivial. 

First Table Creation Exercise - Used in class to learn basic table creation skills, data validation, entry masks, and formatting.

Basic Forms Exercise - Used in class to develop user friendly data entry forms in MS Access

Basic Query Exercise - Used in class to develop queries in MS Access

Basic Reports Exercise - Used in class to develop simple and complex reports in MS Access

Import Data and Advanced Query Exercise - Used in class to import data from MS Excel and create advanced queries in MS Access

Add Related Tables Exercise - Used in class to build and relate tables in MS Access

Review of Queries and Forms Creation Exercise - Practice exercise used in class
